Technical: Expo build, seems to not set the timeout in setTimeout correctly. Upgraded to Expo SDK 40, didn't help, but we are including the new SDK 40 version. Switching to setTimeout, and adding a new timeout after the sprites have moved, worked on an APK. Building version 1.0.2, with SDK 40, a human playable framerate, 25 fps. Then uploading to google play. The first build took, 5 days for google to review and release, so expect it at the weekend.
Welcome after our work on Virii Attack We started a new game, tendatively names Tavern Cat. We have acquired rights to a map artwork, and cut it into tiles, using GIMP add ons OFN Tiles and OFN export Layers . We have drawn our first room, in Tiled, and are designing the map, watch this space for progress.
Tavern cat is nearing completion, we just added catching the mice, and the rooms being locked until 10 caught. We added music, with a play/stop button, in case you don't like it, and updated the in game tips. Screenshot from 7 inch tablet. Just about to improve the look of our main website .
